We’ll explain details other contractors don’t. Take the Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) number, for example. Someone might try to sell you a heat pump with a SEER number of 18, which is very good. But if your ductwork isn’t the right size or configuration, your 18-SEER heat pump will perform like a 10 – and you’ll be disappointed. We’ll inspect your entire system, to ensure that doesn’t happen.

Of course if your unit isn’t working, you need a technician to fix it ASAP. But, there are many other indicators that your air conditioning unit needs repair or maintenance such as experiencing uneven temperatures in different areas/rooms or certain rooms can’t get to a desired temperature level.
If you are hearing loud equipment noises, receiving higher than usual energy bills, you haven’t changed a filter in 3 months or there’s fluid leaking from your equipment, you may need your A/C system serviced.
